Check-in Time is from 3:00 pm. until 6:00 pm. As a small business, our front desk is not continuously manned 24 hours a day. If you are arriving outside of those hours, please notify us, or you may experience issues with access to your room.
Check-out time is 11:00 am. Both early check-in and late check-out are possible but subject to availability and prior arrangements will need to be approved by the proprietor.
Note that 6th street is a one way street. To enter the parking lot: please drive carefully into the the drive way located between the row of white painted wood post. For convenience, guest are able to park in the drive only at the time of unloading and loading any vehicles. We would be happy to help with your luggage during this time. The reserved parking lot is available for register overnight guest only.
Yes, children are always welcome. Each room is spacious enough to accommodate our twin size roll away bed. Please note that we only have one available roll away bed and is a first come first serve basis. It is highly recommended to call our direct line at 217 - 758 - 0977 to check with availability.

For those guests who prefer to have a private dining experience, we do allow food in the rooms. However, please respect the integrity of the Charleston House. If the proprietor has discovered that food has been inappropriately handled, on the walls, flooring, linens, or furniture, the proprietor has the right to charge the guest reservation a non - refundable and non - negotiable $250 cleaning fee.
